Draai Laag Tap Room Grand Re-opening

We talked with Draai Laag Brewing Company and decided it's only proper for us to be slinging Brisket sammies at the tap room re-opening since we were such a hit at the Biergarten opening. And I hear they probably used as much wood remodeling the inside as they did on the outside!

Like a Brit with a cockney accent, this wild ale is both inspired by English ciders and true to its roots in Belgian farmhouse funk. Secondary fermentation with Brettanomyces, white wine yeast, elderflowers & the namesake fruits results in a tasty bouquet of dry, tart and floral notes. No porky.
