Yes, it is time. Time for the return of the Smokehouse's Smokey 'Rogi. And what makes it even better this time is you have two locations over two days to enjoy all that is awesome about the merger of church powered stuffed 'Rogies and Smokey Brisket.
The special will be church pierogies topped w/brisket and drizzled with our house made Chipotle Horseradish sauce, kielbasa, and haluski.
Wednesday (1/28/15) from 5-9p at Wilkins Italian Club.
Thursday (1/29/15) from 5-9p at Plum (Renton) Italian Club.
This special WILL SELL OUT, no take-out orders.

Pittsburgh Smokehouse, in the Italian American Citizens Club in Wilkins, is a newcomer to this year's festival, with its Smokey 'Rogi. The recipe, marketing manager Tim Harden says, “will combine the power of a homemade church pierogie — St. John Byzantine from Uniontown, my parent's parish — with the awesomeness of our beef brisket and house-made chipotle-horseradish barbecue sauce.”
